  51°55'43"N 8°34'14"W  Sunny weather with a gentle wind speed of 10 knots Captain's Log: 5/15/2025 Concerning my writing: On my current course towards publication, I'll disclose to you the conditions of my manuscripts. Current course of my first novel, sailing on my third draft, at about 127K words. I've begun the first draft for the second book, sitting at a decent 23K words. An outline has also begun for the next two books to come in what originally was meant to be a single, standalone novel, has now become a four books series. As of right now, I'm forcing myself to stop at the fourth book because I've honestly already tortured myself enough with this entire shitstorm of a pirate series 😂 In all reality though, I've had so much fun in putting together this crazy chain of events, and I'm not even half-way through it all yet. A Beginning

  Captain's Log: 5/2/2025 Many thoughts have flooded my mind towards entertaining the idea of having a monthly blog. While as a writer this could both be a fun venture as well as a possible labor of love. So to clarify the implications of this particular chronicle of scribbles from a certainly to become professional scribbler, I'll lay out the what and why of these logs. A few years ago, shortly after I began my journey in writing my(Hopefully soon publication to be) debut novel,  The Last Pirate King, I was working as a manager at FedEx Ground. Jokingly I ran my loading dock as if it were a ship, with methods I've learned from various captain's in the world of fiction, such as Captain Janeway, Picard, and Jack Sparrow. Thus adapting the theme of my dock being like that of a ship, and everyone calling me The Captain.
